2. Exchange requests are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
3. For exchanges, there is an additional charge of INR 249 as a pickup cost.
4. Customers have the option to arrange their pickup, bearing the associated charges. Provide the tracking ID within 3 working days after the order’s delivery.
